PRIOR TO US ARRIVING

Furniture must be removed from the rooms that will be refinished/installed with new floors.
Removing quarter round/shoe moulding is recommended, this will give the floor the cleanest, best possible finish for the floor. We can provide this service for a nominal fee.
We recommend that you empty/cover shelves, take pictures and any removable window treatments. We do not produce a large amount of dust compared traditional methods, but it is still advisable as vibrations can cause pictures/lose items on open shelves to fall.
If fumes will become a problem, have box fans ready for us so we can place them in the windows to vent out the fumes while the floors are drying. This will promote clean air to enter while fumes are emitted from the house.
Our sanders require a 220v power source. If you have an electric dryer or range, it is possible for us to plug directly into those appliance outlets (if available). If not, we would need access to your breaker box, usually located in the basement or garage (if not, please let us know otherwise). We would also require a pathway to access the panel.
